Shipping and Returns

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information along with a tracking number.

We only ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Expedited shipping fee of $15.00 by USPS only will be added to your order.

Elle Landon® accepts returns within 30 days of the date the item was delivered. Items must be returned unopened and unused and in the original packaging. If a returned item is opened or used the item will not be refunded. Special circumstances for a refund will be given at Elle Landon's discretion. Shipping for returned items will be the obligation of the customer.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@ellelandon.com for a replacement at no charge.
